Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Description

Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others) aligned with business goals and KPIs.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Plan and manage content calendars featuring thought leadership, visual storytelling, short-form videos, reels, and interactive posts.

Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphics, and video production – ensuring consistent brand voice and platform-optimized formats.Β  Drive audience growth and engagement through organic initiatives, paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community-building efforts.

Manage interactions across channels, fostering meaningful conversations and strengthening brand presence.Explore new tools, automation, and AI-driven technologies to streamline workflows and scale social media initiatives.Work closely with internal teams – Design, Marketing, HR – to highlight company culture, employee stories, and business achievements. Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on platform prioritization, audience targeting, and campaign innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with company business objectives, KPIs, and brand positioning.
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content calendars for all channels with a balanced mix of thought leadership, industry insights, case studies, visual storytelling, short-form videos, reels, and interactive posts.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of content creation, including copywriting, graphics, video production, and publishing, ensuring platform-optimized formats and consistent brand voice.
  • Drive targeted audience growth and brand visibility through organic strategies, paid advertising campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics such as impressions, engagement rate, follower/subscriber growth, click-through rates, video views, and leads generated, and provide actionable reports for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong community engagement by promptly responding to comments, messages, and interactions, fostering meaningful conversations and customer relationships.
  • Drive community building initiatives and collaborate with influencers to expand reach, enhance engagement strategies, and strengthen brand presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and HR to highlight company culture, employee stories, employer branding initiatives, and business achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Marketing to create and share impactful content that highlights company culture, employee stories, and business achievements.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and trend analysis across platforms, identifying innovative content formats, viral trends, and opportunities to stay ahead of industry benchmarks.
  • Leverage platform-specific features such as LinkedIn Articles, Twitter Threads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and Live Sessions to maximize reach and audience interaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes across digital and social channels.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns are in compliance with brand guidelines, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining professionalism across all social platforms.
  • Manage and maintain content distribution across multiple channels including Reddit, Quora, Medium, and other relevant platforms to maximize reach and visibility.
  • Explore and implement emerging tools, automation solutions, and AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and scale social media initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership on platform prioritization, audience targeting, and campaign innovation to support business growth, lead generation, and brand authority.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management (B2B, iGaming, or Tech preferred).
  • Strong command of LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook best practices.
  • Proven success in scaling organic growth and running ROI-driven paid campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Threads, Stories, Live, etc.).
  • Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Experience in agency collaboration is an added advantage.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, KPI-driven environment.
