Job Description – Senior SEO Manager

We are hiring a Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives with a strong mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving search visibility across Google and emerging AI-driven search engines, building EEAT-aligned strategies, and ensuring sustainable performance improvements for client and company websites.

You will work closely with writers, developers, and growth teams to deliver high-quality, intent-driven content, while also strengthening technical SEO foundations, authority, and visibility. This is a senior role requiring strong analytical skills, proactive ownership, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates available to join quickly will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a clear, goal-oriented SEO strategy aligned with client and company objectives.
• Create EEAT- aligned SEO strategies for both Google and AI engines to ensure long-term visibility and credibility.
• Monitor brand mentions and visibility across Google, AI engines, and industry platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, topical mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
• Partner with content teams to optimize landing pages, blogs, and campaigns for high-intent search terms.
• Build internal linking strategies to strengthen domain authority and content discoverability.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with developers to improve site speed, indexing, mobile responsiveness, schema, and crawlability.
• Work with writers and growth teams to create intent-driven, high-quality content that builds topical authority.
• Support the development of pillar pages, clusters, and link-worthy assets.
• Manage white-hat link-building campaigns to improve authority and rankings.
• Track backlink quality, manage disavows, and identify partnership opportunities.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, Rank Math, and Yoast.
• Share regular performance insights with internal teams and clients, offering actionable recommendations.
• Guide and support junior SEO specialists, while leading client calls and strategy reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates, AI/LLM-driven search trends, and evolving SEO best practices.
• Recommend innovative strategies to strengthen EEAT, topical authority, and AI search visibility.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Proven expertise in programmatic SEO and large-scale optimization.
• Strong knowledge of EEAT frameworks, structured content, and AI-driven SEO visibility strategies.
• Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix, Rank Math, Yoast.
• Deep understanding of keyword intent, topical authority, and content-driven SEO.
• Data driven mindset with strong analytical and reasoning skills. 
• Experience building internal linking frameworks to improve authority and rankings.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience mentoring or leading SEO team members is a plus.
