As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead performance strategy and media buying across a portfolio of iGaming, online casino and betting brands. You will design and scale multi-channel, multi-market funnels that turn media investment into profitable, high-value players and leads.
Key responsibilities
- Own performance strategy and media buying across paid social, search, display, native, programmatic and affiliates for multiple iGaming and casino clients.
- Architect full-funnel, multi-touch customer journeys that combine paid, organic, brand and promotional campaigns to drive high-quality first-time deposits and long-term LTV.
- Plan, allocate and actively manage six- and seven-figure monthly budgets across brands, markets and channels, optimizing toward CPA, ROAS and player value targets.
- Lead advanced testing roadmaps (audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, funnels) and systematize learnings into playbooks that can scale across the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, brand, CRM and content teams to align acquisition, retention and reactivation into one cohesive growth strategy per brand.
- Work with analytics and BI to refine tracking, attribution, and dashboards, ensuring decisions are grounded in reliable data across devices and markets.
- Develop channel mix and market entry strategies for new brands/geo launches, quickly validating new traffic sources and creative formats in high-risk verticals.
- Proactively identify underpriced traffic, new networks and partnerships (incl. affiliates and media owners) and negotiate deals that improve unit economics for clients.
- Ensure all campaigns operate within regulatory, compliance and responsible gaming frameworks for relevant jurisdictions and platforms.
- Prepare clear, story-driven performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior client stakeholders, positioning the agency as a high-impact growth partner.
- Mentor and upskill junior media buyers and specialists, fostering a performance culture built on curiosity, accountability and rapid experimentation.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy updates and iGaming advertising policies, translating them into practical opportunities and risk mitigation for clients.
Ideal candidate profile
- 5+ years in performance marketing with proven success scaling multi-channel paid acquisition in iGaming, betting, casino or similarly high-velocity, high-risk verticals.
- Deep hands-on expertise in at least three of: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic, native, push/pops and affiliate traffic, including media buying, optimization and creative testing.
- Strong analytical mindset: fluent in funnels, cohorts, LTV, CAC/CPA, ROAS and cross-channel attribution, comfortable turning messy data into clear decisions and next steps.
- Demonstrated experience building structured testing programs and scaling winners across multiple brands, markets and languages in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Solid understanding of iGaming compliance, geo restrictions, KYC/AML considerations and responsible gaming requirements across key markets.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-moving agency setting, enjoys ownership, and is motivated by hitting ambitious growth and profitability targets.
