Job Description

We are seeking a result-oriented Growth Hacker to drive measurable marketing growth across all digital channels. The role focuses on paid collaborations, content marketing ROI, performance-driven campaigns, and innovative growth experiments. You will be responsible for analyzing, strategizing, and executing marketing initiatives that directly contribute to company revenue, brand visibility, and market expansion.

This position requires a numbers-driven, creative problem solver who thrives on achieving aggressive growth goals, optimizing funnels, and experimenting with unconventional strategies to accelerate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own the full post-click user journey from website entry to conversion, ensuring seamless, high-performing experiences for all ICPs.
  2. Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to align inbound traffic, campaigns, and content with optimized conversion pathways.
  3. Lead UX and website optimization, defining structure, navigation, messaging flow, and personalized experiences for different buyer roles.
  4. Run ongoing CRO programs across the website, landing pages, and demo flows with systematic experimentation (A/B, multivariate, behavioral tests).
  5. Design and maintain advanced ABM programs, including personalized landing pages, dynamic content, nurture sequences, and account-level targeting.
  6. Own marketing automation and lifecycle workflows, building nurture systems that move users from awareness β†’ consideration β†’ demo β†’ SQL.
  7. Develop and refine lead scoring models to prioritize high-intent users and coordinate effectively with Sales.
  8. Map and optimize full-funnel architecture, diagnosing leaks and implementing systems to increase MQL β†’ SQL β†’ Opportunity conversions.
  9. Deliver personalized, intent-driven website experiences using behavioral and firmographic data from ABM and analytics platforms.
  10. Partner with Sales to align messaging, handovers, outreach triggers, and follow-up journeys for high-value accounts.
  11. Monitor and analyze user behavior with GA4, heatmaps, replay tools, and dashboards; translate insights into structured growth experiments.
  12. Lead cross-functional coordination with marketers, designers, and sales teams to execute cohesive growth initiatives.
  13. Create scalable systems, templates, and playbooks for landing pages, funnel stages, nurture flows, and CRO experimentation.
  14. Report on funnel performance and revenue impact, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. 5–8+ years of growth or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS/tech/iGaming, with a strong track record of improving conversion and building scalable funnels.
  2. Expert in UX and CRO, able to design intuitive post-click journeys, run structured A/B tests, and turn behavioral data into meaningful improvements.
  3. Hands-on with ABM and automation, skilled in building personalized account experiences, advanced workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  4. Data-driven decision maker, proficient with analytics (GA4, dashboards, heatmaps) and comfortable working with tracking, tagging, and experiments.
  5. Strategic collaborator, able to partner closely with content, SEO, paid, design, and sales to create a unified, high-performing user journey.
  6. Builder mindset, capable of creating systems, processes, and playbooks from scratch, and improving them over time.
  7. Strong communicator and critical thinker, able to translate insights into clear actions and articulate reasoning with clarity and confidence.
  8. Curious, adaptive, and growth-oriented, with a genuine drive to learn the iGaming B2B landscape and contribute meaningfully to a fast-scaling team.
