Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating data-driven strategies, aligning marketing efforts with commercial goals, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong knowledge of B2B marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, content strategy, and 360-degree digital campaign planning. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and achieving client KPIs is a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement 360-degree digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee branding consistency across all marketing channels, materials, and communications.
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media (organic and paid), email, and content marketing.
- Design content strategies for the full marketing funnel from awareness to lead generation and retention.
- Optimize content for organic search visibility using SEO best practices, including EEAT principles.
- Execute high-performing B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the B2B customer lifecycle.
- Create and implement effective inbound marketing and conversion rate optimization strategies for web assets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve traffic, lead generation, and ROI goals.
- Manage innovative social media strategies, incorporating platform-specific tactics for paid and organic growth.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to ensure the seamless execution of marketing tasks, aligning them with overarching business objectives and client goals.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine future strategies.
- Stay current with emerging digital trends and technologies to implement innovative campaigns.
- Lead the adoption of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM integration for optimized workflows.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand brand reach.
- Create effective and up-to-date strategies for Content Distribution and Repurposing across various channels.
- Lead and manage a versatile team of marketing professionals and designers, ensuring collaboration, project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set timelines, meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards, and collaborate using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello etc.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and a results-driven culture.
- Demonstrated ability to create and refine processes that drive task efficiency, ensure quality, and contribute to achieving the broader vision and measurable impact.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute holistic, multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of search engine optimization and Google’s EEAT principles to drive content authority and trust.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong expertise in planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms.
- Ability to create and direct the production of impactful B2B marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, and infographics.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and optimize strategies for better results.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, ensuring brand messaging consistency across all channels.
- Proven success in creating campaigns that drive business growth, from brand awareness to lead generation and retention.
- Skilled in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
