Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing and SEO, with the ability to develop high-converting, niche-targeted content that drives results. You will play a key role in creating thought leadership content, managing PR and editorial campaigns, and implementing effective content distribution strategies. Experience in B2B marketing, inbound strategies, and agency work is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversions.
  • Create and manage high-converting marketing campaigns, content calendars, and editorial strategies.
  • Write and oversee the production of SEO-optimized content across various formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, etc.).
  • Build and manage comprehensive content funnels, including lead generation and nurturing content.
  • Create Sales Enablement materials, such as case studies, product sheets, demos and presentations.
  • Lead the development of B2B content strategies tailored to niche audiences, driving inbound marketing success.
  • Keep up with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital content best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of Google’s EEAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles and ability to create content that aligns with these guidelines to improve SEO performance and content credibility.
  • Repurpose and distribute content across multiple channels, maximizing reach and impact.
  • Manage thought leadership campaigns, positioning clients as industry leaders through insightful and authoritative content.
  • Oversee PR and editorial campaigns, working with media outlets to gain visibility.
  • Track and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Provide ad-hoc support on special projects and any other content marketing requirements as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set timelines, meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards, and collaborate using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute creative, high-converting content strategies for diverse clients.
  • Strong Knowledge of Google’s EEAT Guidelines.
  • Expertise in SEO writing and up-to-date knowledge of content marketing and SEO trends.
  • Agency experience and the ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on developing targeted, niche content strategies.
  • Proficient in creating inbound marketing strategies, including lead magnets, funnels, and content assets.
  • Ability to create thought leadership content and position brands as industry authorities.
  • Skilled in content repurposing, distribution, and maximizing the reach of marketing materials.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, working across teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of content marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
