Job Description
Were hiring a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to take charge of designing, executing, and scaling automated marketing campaigns across global markets. This role requires someone deeply analytical, highly creative, and technically hands-on with marketing automation platforms, workflow automation tools, and digital campaign orchestration.

They excel at building data-driven workflows and high-converting campaigns across B2B and B2C funnels. Youll be instrumental in driving scalable, performance-focused marketing initiatives within a remote-first, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage complex multi-channel marketing automation workflows using Notion, Make, N8N, Clay, HubSpot etc.
- Integrate social media handles and tools like GA4, Google Ads, GSC, Notion, and CRMs for centralized data analysis and decision-making.
- Automate performance tracking and reporting using Make.com (Integromat), N8N, Clay, or similar platforms.
- Implement lead scoring frameworks, behavior-triggered actions, and lifecycle nurturing flows.
- Plan and execute highly targeted and segmented multichannel marketing campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing and conversion optimization to improve CTR, open rates, and ROI.
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using SEO tools and GA4.
- Automate SEO performance tracking and translate data into actionable insights.
- Create campaign dashboards and visual reports in Notion, or Google Sheets for stakeholders.
- Manage full-cycle marketing for webinars, and virtual events.
- Collaborate with design, content, tech, and sales teams to ensure unified campaign delivery.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to translate business goals into actionable workflows.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups with globally distributed teams.
- Analyze campaign retrospectives and provide insights for continuous process improvement.
- Train and mentor junior team members or freelancers on workflow setup and best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration issues between tools and collaborate with developers or vendors to resolve them.
- Support attribution modeling and customer journey mapping across various touchpoints.
- Stay updated and be open to learn about latest automation trends, marketing tools like Fraser.io, Clay, Vector, RB2B etc.and their platform capabilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Marketing Technology, or related discipline.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and workflow orchestration.
- Proficiency in Notion, Make.com, N8N, Zapier, and campaign tools like HubSpot, Clay, Fraser.io, and Marketo..
- Strong grasp of GA4, GSC, Google Ads, UTM tracking, conversion funnels, and performance attribution.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Notion, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
- Adept at managing complex martech integrations and streamlining disconnected systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional and global setups.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments like B2B SaaS, gaming, digital agencies, or consulting firms.
- Holds relevant certifications (GA4, Marketo, SFMC, HubSpot, etc.).
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, and Jira.
- Access to a personal laptop/PC and a high-speed internet connection.
- Comfortable working across global time zones and open to international travel for events or on-site projects.
